  Email can be the slowest response rate of the 3 listed contact methods due to the high rate of emails received daily and lack of important information included in the emails.

  Occasionally, Customer Emails get put into our JUNK Folder within our Email accounts.  Sometimes they are caught before being deleted other times they are not. 

  If you prefer a quicker method please choose Option 2.  If you must include an attachment such as a picture or file you must choose Option 1.

  The 2nd method of contacting Us is by our form.

  While the form does have a quicker response rate then Email you cannot submit an attachment using our form. 

  Many times customers do not need to attach a file to their inquiry so filling out a form may be quicker for them.

  Even though our forms do go to our Email accounts much like a regular Email, it is sorted into its own folder so normally it is replied to a bit faster then a regular Email.

  The 3rd, Fastest, and Preferred method of contacting Us is by our Ticket System.

  Our Ticket System provides us an easy way to communicate with you quickly and effectively in order to solve your problem or answer your question.
